Elections for Bellevue Soccer Club's Board of Directors will occur at the Annual Membership Meeting held on November 18th at 6pm at the BSC Clubhouse.
Terms are two years and the following positions will be elected this year:
President: presides over all Board of Directors meetings, the annual membership meeting, and any special/emergent meetings. The President shall represent BSC at inter-club, league and association meetings. The President shall sign all contracts and documents of BSC with the Secretary when the same are duly authorized by the Board of Directors.
Vice President: presides at meetings of the Board of Directors in the President's absence. The Vice President shall serve as BSC’s Risk Management Director and chair of the Grievance Committee.
Secretary: keeps a record of the minutes of all Board of Directors, Committee, Member, Special, and Emergent meetings. The Secretary maintains all corporate documents and correspondence of BSC.
Recreational Director: manages the affairs of the teams, players, coaches and trainers falling within BSC’s Recreational soccer program (U7-U19); also oversees the TOPS program with the assistance of the TOPS Coordinator
At-Large: a voting member of the Board of Directors with no specific duties but may be assigned to participate or head special committees as required.
